Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges due to fault or error. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We do not refund shipping costs.

New Watch Warranty

Unless explicitly nominated, warranties for new watches will be transferred from the manufacturer to the purchaser. Please refer to manufacturer websites for further information.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us. info@timeandtidewatches.com

No Returns for Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns for Change of Mind. These Special Exceptions do not apply to any returns made in accordance with Consumer Guarantees (see below), or otherwise as required by law.

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Time+Tide. If you believe an item or services is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.

Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send the item to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed. In accordance with Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law, if the failure is minor, we may repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item or refund you) within a reasonable time.

Shipping

Shipping within Australia is included unless specifically stated otherwise. We are able to ship accessories internationally, at an additional cost. For information of fees, please refer to specific item listing within the Time+Tide shop. Unfortunately, due to the nature of regionalised agreements, some watch sales are only available for shipping within Australia. This will always be explicitly outlined in the sale description. Shipping, unless otherwise stated, will be through Australia Post. Purchases over AUD$100 will be shipped Express and provided a tracking number. New watch sales will be shipped Express or via Courier at our discretion with tracking numbers and applicable insurance.
