5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship only within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Warranty

DOXA Watches provides a 2-year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear (including batteries, straps, crystals).

Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the period of our Limited Warranty.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOXA Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased.
Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
This limitation does not exclude or restrict rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.
